My mum went into age care with compromised health due to a medical mistake. We were told it’s a great place. There were always problems. She started to get assaulted by staff, then incredible time in lockdown, then she got Covid-19 and I had to call an ambulance to get her to hospital. The so-called nurses at the home said ‘she only has it mildly’. Her belongings were returned damaged, missing, and in medical waste bags.
